Today was one of the first times in the past 4 years that I have shopped in-store at the Glendora, CA, location. I have been there many times over the past 4 years to pick up my on-line shopping, but today I had a shirt that I purchased for my husband on-line that I needed to exchange as it was too large. I usually shop online because the nearest store is about 12 miles and in a hectic part of town. I was in the “neighborhood” for a doctors appointment and thought what the heck I’ll go in Kohls for a change!! I was like a squirrel in the store because it has been so long, things have changed. The athletic section is in a different section, along with petites and so on. I did find my way and got a few items!! One of the items was a black “fur”coat on clearance! It was a impulse what the heck I deserve it buy. The cashier wasn’t all that friendly and either was the gal I bumped into during my spree, I guess it was Monday grumpy day. Oh well I was happy I got some nice things BUT when I got home I was emptying my bags and doing show and tell well…the fur coat still had the plastic knob thingy on it. Well as you know now I have to truck on back to the store and have them take it off!! Now I’m in a bad mood, I’m not thrilled about this. I guess I will continue to shop online, nicer people and no plastic knobs!!!

This Delaware, Ohio store is Superb. They always go the extra mile to help in any way they can! I had been tardy in getting my order picked up. A couple of minor issues occurred because of this. A very pleasant young lady associate, Isabella helped locate my in-store pickup. The other issue because of my tardiness of pickup was my account billing of the order. Then Daniel another associate (not sure if he was a shift manager?) took care of the issue with the computer paperwork that was needed. I was treated like I was the only customer present in the store at that time.
The Delaware store may be smaller than some of the other Kohls, but they do a tremendous job!!! The only time I can say that I have seen this store to be in disarray was on a Thanksgiving weekend after the customers had turned the store somewhat upside down. I’m a retiree who still likes the small down-home feel.

We were at Store #0206. The lady at the checkout named Aeral, was So Kind and Helpful. She answered all our questions and helped us use our Rewards on a purchase.
The best Kohl’s Store is in Garner, NC Store 0612. I have been shopping there since
they opened. There should be a special award for above & beyond customer service
at this store. Kohl’s needs to give recognition to two super stars Alesia and Dock. I
had purchased some king size sheets online and was not fast enough to pick them up
on time. The pick-up order was cancelled and not there for pick-up. I was unaware that
there was such a short window to pick up items. I work long and hard hours like a lot
of other people and do not check emails often. I still wanted the sheets and found the same
ones on the shelf but a different color but now they were not on sale. When I got to the
counter I explained this to Dock and it was not even 10 days when I ordered them online.
Dock said I could talk to Alesia and she may or may not be able to help me. Alesia was very kind
to explain how the pick-up worked and I might be better to have items delivered to my home.
I told Alesia and Dock that I know someone that use to work at this store and I still see her on
my rural mail route and always deliver Kohl’s packages to her. They both knew her as a previous
manager. Small world. To make a long story longer, Alesia and Dock are great employees and
represent Kohl’s well. Alesia and Dock are number one in my book. I will sleep well tonight in
my new sheets and know that Kohl’s is great hands with Alesia and Dock working evening hours.
I was in the SW Littleton Store #0415 (#8893-0104-6178-2008) yesterday and was very impressed with an employee whose name was Shawn or Sean. He was extremely polite and not only took a payment I needed to make on my Bill , but checked me out as well for new purchases I had made. Today was my first time shopping at Kohls. Employee’s like Michelle will be the reason I shop here more often. She was very professional and sold me on the Kohls card. She is very good at her job.

Huge shoutout to Heather at store 0084 in Carmel, IN! She went above and beyond in helping me resolve an exchange. Heather also talked me into opening a Kohl’s CC which earned me extra savings!
Upon returning home from Kohl’s my daughter saw the item I had purchased for my son. She begged for the same item. I called Heather and asked if she could help with price matching and use my new discount since I opened a Kohl’s CC. Not only was she willing to help, she was waiting for me at the register and quickly got me in and out! I liked shopping at Kohl’s before, but after tonight, I will no doubt shop there first before venturing off to another retail store! Thank you, Heather for making my whole family happy! The cashier was Posario She has helped me the last few times I have been there she is very nice and patient with me I am 84 years old and it is nice to have someone like her.
They have just moved thing around in the store and it look so neat and clean !!
As we were in the self-help check out lane, Kelly from regular lanes motioned to us to come to her lane be checked out QUICKER.
We did and in a flash we were on our way. KELLY was GREAT and so accommodating.
Kelly was a super efficient employee. She waived us over from the self checkout lane to her regular lane and we were done in a flash.

I did some shopping today at Kohl’s in Wayne, NJ (Store #0643). I wanted to take this survey in order to commend the cashier at the checkout section. Her name is Dalida, and I think that she went above and beyond in order to help me to receive my discounts and I so greatly appreciate her for doing this for me. Especially since it was my fault for being unprepared and she really didn’t have to take the extra time. I work with the public also and I understand how taxing and sometimes thankless it could be, so it’s easy for me to identify a person who gives excellent customer service. She was courteous, friendly and patient and in this day and age, customer service isn’t common anymore. I thank Dalida for helping me to save some money and the pleasant experience. This is why I love shopping at Kohl’s.
Shopped today at store # 0667, Henderson Nv. I had a coupon problem, the regular cashier couldn’t help me, before I walked out, I deided to go to the return desk to see if I could get help there. Ivan worked with a few different ways to get my coupon. He found a way and with that i was very thankful. I’m in my 80’s and every penny I can save is good for me. He was such a nice young man.
I stopped by Kohl’s yesterday evening in Clay, NY (store 0733) to purchase some new shorts after losing significant weight. I could not find the waist size in the shorts I was interested in, so I brought a pair up to the service desk check out area and spoke with a fantastically helpful associate named Malisa. She searched inventory, checked racks and did everything possible to help me get what I needed. after taking care of this, she then proceeds to make sure I received any discounts I was entitled to. In a world that seems to be in a rush to push on to the next person, it sure is a pleasure to interact with a person who truly wants to help you in any way they can! I can’t thank Malisa enough for taking care of this senior citizen. I’ve watched the world change. People more a brute, less helpful but not at Kohl’s. I hope Kohl’s appreciates having an employee like Malisa.
